Editing a Data Sheet in the PWS Application

Introduction

If a Data Sheet needs updates, you can edit the date, shift, or marker data values. Any changes will be reflected in future reports.

Steps to Edit a Data Sheet

  1. Click the "Data" menu item in the navigation bar.
  2. You will be redirected to the Data Sheets List View.
  3. Find the Data Sheet you want to modify.
  4. Click the Edit (pencil icon).
  5. Modify any of the following fields:
    • Date
    • Shift
    • Marker Data Values
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
  7. Click Cancel to exit without saving.

Important Notes

✅ Report Card Updates: If a Data Sheet has already been published, editing it will cause the next Report Card recalculation to reflect the changes.
