Deleting a Data Sheet in the PWS Application

it. Deleting a Data Sheet is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete a Data Sheet
- Click
the "Data" menu item in the navigation bar.
- You
will be redirected to the Data Sheets List View.
- Find
the Data Sheet you want to remove.
- Click
the Delete (trash can icon).
- Confirm
the deletion.
Important Notes
🚨 Impact on Report
Cards:
- If a published
Data Sheet is deleted, the next Report Card recalculation will exclude
it. This may negatively impact report accuracy.
✅ Report Card Data Integrity:
- For
best results, ensure there is a Data Sheet for each day of the week
you want to generate a Report Card for.
✅ Shift-Based Restrictions:
- The
system allows one Data Sheet per shift per day.
- If
multiple shifts exist on the same day, each shift will require a separate
Data Sheet.
