Deleting Users in the PWS Application
Introduction
If a user no longer needs access and will not
return, you can permanently delete their account. Deleted users cannot be
recovered.
Steps to Delete a User
- Access
the Users Table
- Click
the settings icon in the navigation bar.
- Select
"Users."
- Find
and Delete the User
- Locate
the user you want to remove.
- Click
the Delete (Trash Can Icon).
- Confirm
Deletion
- A
confirmation message will appear.
- Click
Yes to permanently delete the user.
- Click
Cancel to keep the user.
🚨 Important Note:
- Deleted
users cannot be restored.
- If you
are unsure, consider deactivating the user instead.
