Deactivating & Reactivating Users in the PWS Application
Introduction
If a staff member no longer needs access but might
return in the future, you can deactivate their account instead of
deleting it. Deactivated users cannot log in but can be reactivated
later.
Steps to Deactivate a User
- Access
the Users Table
- Click
the settings icon in the navigation bar.
- Select
"Users."
- Deactivate
a User
- Locate
the user you want to deactivate.
- Click
the Toggle Button to switch it OFF.
✅ The user is now deactivated and
cannot access the application.
Steps to Reactivate a User
- Go
to the Users Table
- Find
the deactivated user
- Click
the Toggle Button to switch it ON
✅ The user is now reactivated and
can access the application again.
