Solution

"No marker exists with name XYZ"

Ensure all markers in your Excel file match the active markers in PWS.

"File header is not in the right format"

Download a fresh template file and ensure the headers are not modified.

"File name is not in the right format"

Follow the naming conventions for Data Sheets before uploading.

After correcting the issues, re-upload the Data Sheet following the original steps.

Important Notes

🔹 Ensure Correct Formatting: The uploaded file must match the provided template structure to be processed correctly.
🔹 One Data Sheet Per Shift: The system allows one Data Sheet per shift per day. Ensure you are not uploading duplicate data for the same shift and date.
🔹 Marker Values: Only active markers in the system will be included in the template and upload process.
🔹 Check Import Logs: If the import fails, review the Import Error Logs and correct any formatting or marker name issues.

By following these steps, you can efficiently import Data Sheets into the PWS Application, streamlining data entry and improving reporting accuracy.
