Deleting a Report Card in the PWS Application

Deleting a Report Card in the PWS Application

Introduction

If a Report Card is no longer needed, you can delete it. Deleting a Report Card does not delete the underlying Data Sheets used to generate it.

Steps to Delete a Report Card

  1. Click the "Reports" menu item in the navigation bar.
  2. Find the Report Card you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete (trash can icon) next to the Report Card.
  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.

The system will delete the Report Card, but the Data Sheets will remain intact, allowing you to regenerate a new Report Card if needed.

📌 Important Note:

  • To delete a published Data Sheet, you must first delete the Report Card that includes it.
  • After deleting the Report Card, you can delete the desired Data Sheet.
  • The Report Card can then be regenerated using the remaining Data Sheets.
