Accessing and Viewing Report Cards in the PWS Application
Introduction
The PWS Application uses data from Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) entered into Data Sheets to generate Report
Cards that display your practice's overall wellness score.
This guide explains how to access, view, and filter
Report Cards.
Steps to Access the Report Cards List
- Click
the "Reports" menu item in the navigation bar.
- You
will be redirected to the Report Cards List View, which displays:
- Created
or Modified Date
- Overall
Report Card Score (Letter Grade)
- Report
Card Type (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Date
Range Type
- Date
Range
- Actions:
Filtering the List View
To narrow down Report Cards displayed:
- Click
the "Filter Report Type" button.
- Enter
a From Date and To Date to filter by a date range.
- Click Submit
to apply the filter.
- The
list will update to show Report Cards for the specified date range.
