Introduction
The PWS Application simplifies report tracking by
automatically generating and emailing Report Cards based on
staff-entered statistical data. This guide walks you through the steps to set
up automatic report card emails, ensuring you receive essential
performance insights at your preferred intervals.
Steps to Enable Auto Email for Report Cards
1. Access the Settings Page
- Click
the settings icon in the navigation bar.
- From
the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
2. Locate the "Auto Email Report Card Interval"
Section
- Scroll
down to find the "Auto Email Report Card Interval"
settings.
3. Select Report Card Type and Frequency
- Choose
the type of Report Card you want to receive:
✅ Weekly
✅ Monthly
✅ Quarterly
✅ Yearly
4. Set a Start Date
- Select
the date when you want to receive the first auto-generated Report Card.
5. Add Recipients
- Click
the "Add Email" button.
- Enter
the email address of the recipient who should receive the Report
Card.
- Repeat
to add multiple recipients. (There is no limit to the number of
recipients you can add.)
6. Save Your Settings
- Click Save
to activate automatic report card emails.
- PWS
will now send PDF copies of the selected Report Card directly to
your email at the chosen intervals.
Managing Recipient Emails
Editing an Email Address
- Click
the Edit (Pencil icon) next to the email address.
- Update
the email address as needed and Save changes.
Deleting an Email Address
- Click
the Delete (Trash can icon) next to the email address.
- A confirmation
dialog will appear.
- Click Yes
to confirm deletion, or Cancel to retain the email.
By following these steps, you can ensure that Report
Cards are automatically created and sent to key team members, keeping your
practice informed and proactive.
