Accessing and Viewing Projection Reports in the PWS Application

Introduction

The PWS Application uses Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from Data Sheets and Report Cards to generate Projection Reports. These reports allow you to forecast your practice's wellness score based on historical performance.

This guide explains how to access, view, and filter Projection Reports.

Steps to Access the Projection Reports List

  1. Click the "Projections" menu item in the navigation bar.
  2. You will be redirected to the Projection Reports List View, which displays:
    • Created or Modified Date
    • Overall Report Card Score (Letter Grade)
    • Report Card Type (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
    • Date Range Type
    • Date Range
    • Actions:
      • View
      • Edit
      • Delete

Filtering the List View

To narrow down Projection Reports displayed:

  1. Enter a From Date and To Date to filter by a date range.
  2. Click Submit to apply the filter.
  3. The list will update to show Projection Reports for the specified date range.
