Creating a Projection Report in the PWS Application

Introduction

Projection Reports allow you to forecast your practice’s performance based on historical data. To create a Projection Report, you must first create a Data Sheet and generate a Report Card.

Steps to Create a New Projection Report

  1. Click the "Projections" menu item in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the "New Projection Report" button.
  3. Select the Projection Report Type:
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    • Yearly

📝 Note: The type of Projection Report must match the type of previously generated Report Card.

  1. Click Submit to proceed.

✅ You will be directed to the Projection Report Data Entry Page.

  1. The data values will be pre-populated with values from the most recent Report Card of the same type.
  2. Modify any marker values to adjust projections.
  3. As you enter new marker values, the Marker Score and Grade will update dynamically.
  4. Once satisfied with your projected grades, click "Save & Generate."

✅ The Projection Report will be generated and saved.

📌 Important Note:

  • The "Ideal Range" column shows the recommended range for each marker to run an optimal practice. Use this as a benchmark to set realistic expectations.
