Printing a Report Card in the PWS Application

Introduction

If you need a hard copy of a Report Card, you can print it directly from the system.

Steps to Print a Report Card

  1. Click the "Reports" menu item in the navigation bar.
  2. Find the Report Card you want to print.
  3. Click the View (eye icon) to open the Report Card.
  4. Click the "Print" button.
  5. A new tab will open with a print preview screen.
  6. Follow your computer’s print process to print the Report Card.
  7. Once printed, close the newly opened tab to return to the Report Card.
